David Anderson

General Anderson is a retired Brigadier-General who served in the CAF from 1980 to 2020, spanning 8 years as a reservist and 32 years in Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry. Upon retirement he became the Senior Advisor Digital Transformation to the CAF. He is now an independent Strategist and Consultant.

Kimberly Van Vliet

Kimberley is the founder of WaVv. She created CONVERGX®, a global congress facilitating significant industry collaborations with nearly $2 billion in deals tracked. She also holds leadership roles within NATO and serves as Director of the Aerospace Innovation Hub in Calgary.

Michael Tschiersch

Michael, a former submarine officer, has over 30 years of experience in customer support, configuration management, and integrated product logistics across military and industrial sectors. He specializes in optimizing product lifecycles, from initial design to ongoing support operations.
